MBABANE -Mogodu Mondays is gaining momentum!
Last week, Solanis debuted their first Mogodu Mondays with ‘Ba Straata’ hitmaker and this week they are taking it a notch higher.
Today marks the second Monday and the establishment is hosting South African Amapiano artist Kwiish SA ‘Liyoshona’ hit maker.
Entertainment Organiser, Banele ‘Dope Deep’ Xaba confirmed the show, saying ‘Liyoshona’ was a deep house song with an Amapiano feel to it.
“The song is by Kwiish SA and features Njelic, MalumNator and De Muthada is one of the artist’s best collaborations. He is also one of the youngest and highly talented South African artists,” said Xaba.
Xaba further mentioned that Mogodu Mondays launch was a success and they were gaining momentum as there were more big artists coming on for the Mondays.
According to Wikipedia, Kwiish SA was born Lehlohonolo Marota in 1998.
The young DJ made a successful debut into the Amapiano music scene with a blend of gcom, house, jazz, afro House and soulful house.
He is widely known for his hit collaborations ‘Liyoshona’ and ‘Ka Painelwa’.
The theme for today’s show is all black and the entrance to the event is E50.00.
