The Spirit of Hip Hop has revealed the second phase of the Hip Hop festival’s hot lineup.
The artists who were revealed today were Bluujay, Kena, and Laro Tha Bambino, all rappers from the Kingdom of Eswatini who have released new albums in the past year.
Speaking about the lineup, Thamsanqa Sibandze, aka KrTCofHipHop, promised fans a great overall experience at the Spirit of Hip Hop.
“The vision and hope for the entire lineup to showcase the best of HipHop artists there is. From Eswatini and outside. We hope that this will ignite the love for hip-hop music and culture,” said Sibandze.
“The fans should expect nothing but fire. Some of these artists have not been seen yet and we are excited to showcase their talents and more than anything we are excited for people to hear what these talented artists can do,” ensured KrTCofHipHop.
The Spirit of Hip Hop is returning on July 29 for the second edition of the festival. Artists who have been revealed so far include Emtee, DJ Bay Bash, Lution, Ayzee, and Touchline who broke the internet when he revealed that he will be coming to the country for the first time during the Spirit of Hip Hop.
Commenting on the excitement of the fans, KrTCofHipHop expressed that they were just excited to see the enthusiasm on social media.
“There is nothing more exciting than having people be happy about an artist’s reveal. We have more and we hope they will be excited to see every artist that will be revealed,” said KrTC.
There are two more phases of artists’ reveal to happen. “We have two phases then we have what we call the Mayham hour. Where artists from the mixtape will be performing so everyone should stay tuned for that because it will be nothing but amazing” added KrTC, referencing the Mayham mixtape which features artists on the lineup of the Spirit of Hip Hop.
