MBABANE – It is a done deal.
The Manzini North Constituency has welcomed the completion of a state-of-the-art auditorium that has a sitting capacity of 200 people plus a kitchen. The project, which is located at Dvwaleni, has cost E2.7 million and was funded by the World Bank through Local Government Fund.
Dvwaleni is one of the six chiefdoms under Manzini North Constituency.
Yesterday 11, August 2021, saw Manzini North Mp Macford Sibandze together with constituency council touring the auditorium.
Present during the tour were Indvuna Yenkhudla Fana Tsabedze and the inkhudla council of Bucopho.
Bucopho of Dvwaleni Mamane Sukati was chief of the tour.
MP Sibandze thanked government, the Inkhundla council and the community for cooperation in the last three years ever since the project began. He said the structure will change the development sphere of the constituency.
In addition, he said the constituency should see the project as a fundraising mechanism by hosting events such as weddings, revivals, concerts, etc to generate funds for community initiatives.
