MBABANE – The Standard Bank Luju Food and Lifestyle Festival promises to be fun and worth attending.

If the latest artist release is anything to go by, fun lovers are in for a good time.

Yesterday Luju trended for releasing the second phase of artists that will mesmerise crowds on August 4-5, 2023 at House on Fire.

“The lively, transcendent performer, @Zoe_Modiga draws from the human experience, identity, and storytelling, and creates a distinct sound to communicate a modern, evolving African story without losing its essence,” read a release from Luju Festival social media pages.

They further introduced Lwazi Dlamini who joins artists like Sarnilo, and Mandisi Dyantyis.

“South Africa’s @Thejoyofficialm has become known for its ability to spread instant euphoria with a unique sound that has the ability to transcend genre and continents alike,” reads the statement further.

However locals reacted in happiness when it was further announced that DJ and  producer, SUN-El Musician will be part of the line up. He has an unmistakable brand combining Afro-House and Electronic Fusion, and  has identified, produced, and signed some prolific writers and voices under his label El-World Music.

It’s worth mentioning that the Standard Bank Luju Food and Lifestyle Festival will be held from Friday 4th to Saturday 5th of August 2023, at House On Fire in the Malkerns Valley of Eswatini.

Meanwhile, House On Fire Communications Officer Simon Dawson said early bird tickets are sold on a first-come first-serve basis and typically sell out within a few hours, so festival goers are urged to purchase them as soon as they can.

“This regional and authentically local food and fashion festival celebrates the local, the wholesome, the creative and the delicious, proudly showcasing the amazing, diverse tastes of Southern Africa,”  “The 2023 edition, with the support of Standard Bank Eswatini, will be a uniquely Southern African affair with event partners and participants from Mozambique, South Africa, Lesotho, and Botswana.  Young Standard Bank Artist Award winners from across the region will be featured as, once again, the festival promotes food, fashion, and music,” he said.
