SUPA CDQ GATHERS FRIENDS FOR NEW MUSIC

MBABANE – It looks like it is going to be a Hip-Hop Christmas as one of the country’s best Hip Hop DJ is going to be releasing new music.

Supa CDQ has hinted about new music, which will be collaboration between him and his industry friends. The title of the debut single is ‘Stay Down’ featured on the track is Amarii, K Darrow and Stickx.

When speaking about his upcoming project the disc jockey said he was excited to share the project with his people. This might be his first music project as he has been doing mixes and sometimes live mixes uploaded onto his YouTube channel.

“I’m so proud and excited to announce that I will be dropping new music soon, this will be before the year ends and I will be featuring amazing creatives on the project. The date is going to be a surprise for my fans but it is something that is going to happen soon,” he said.

When Supa CDQ, real name is Linda Dlamini, announced the news of a new project, his followers and fans were thrilled.

His social media pages went on override with excitement, they congratulated him and further played around by guessing the date in which the song is going to be dropped.

Meanwhile one of the featured artist on the song Amarii said he was excited to be part of the project and themed the collaboration as ground breaking.

Award-winning rapper Amarii further mentioned that they put all the work when putting together the project and made sure it will appeal to everyone across the country and at an international level.

“The song is actually a very interesting fusion of genres. We had both hip hop and Amapiano elements to it but in our own style. Stickx honestly crafted the beat so well and that allowed me to go ahead and add some drums to it as well,” he said.

In addition to that when, describing the song he said the process was easy because every creative had a good input and ear. He further gave K Darrow his flowers while he could still smell them, and said they all agreed on bringing him after the hook of the song was laid out.

“He gave the song a new meaning and feeling I hope people love it because we had a good time putting it together and there is more on the way,” he said.
