Mbabane – Swaziland Building Society (SBS) has begun a new era of banking convenience in the Kingdom of Eswatini with the launch of its Online Banking and Mobile App services.
Customers can now manage their finances anytime and anywhere, 24/7. The announcement was made by SBS Managing Director, Mbali Sibanyoni, who highlighted the platforms’ customer-centric design. The digital services not only empower customers to conduct various transactions from the comfort of their homes but also significantly reduce SBS’s operational costs, ensuring greater efficiency. Through the user-friendly Mobile App, customers can check balances, initiate secure fund transfers, and enjoy a hassle-free banking experience. This move reaffirms SBS’s commitment to providing cutting-edge banking solutions, setting a new standard in the industry.
According to Inside Biz, Sibanyoni said “The SBS App can be used for seamless payments and funds transfers, as well as for payment of prepaid services, such as airtime, data, and electricity units. You can also pay your water bills using the App. The Mobile App also enables customers to do their banking on the move and manage their money easily and safely.”
She stated that the Mobile App will be enabling simpler local bank transfers and online account management. Managing Director Mbali Sibanyoni encouraged emaSwati to download the app from stores, emphasizing the simplicity of registration. The move promises a secure, user-friendly, and efficient banking experience for SBS customers.
