EWADE PROJECTS HAVE SUSTAINABILITY PLANS – EWADE CEO

Eswatini Water Development Enterprise (EWADE) and Ubombo Sugar Limited have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). The MOU outlines plans for the formation of farming companies under the Lower Usuthu Irrigation Project (LUSIP) II, covering 4,000 hectares. This partnership aims to fight poverty through sustainable, profitable farming businesses, particularly in sugarcane production. The initiative also intends to improve agri-business opportunities in the communities served.
