…YouTuber bags endorsements after endorsement

BY DELISA THWALA

MBABANE – Influencer and YouTuber Tebelelihle Slindzelwe Nxumalo is currently bagging endorsement after endorsement thanks to her growing YouTube channel.

Having recently reached a milestone of 2000 subscribers, it would seem the growing channel has platformed Nxumalo into clinching brand deals and the like.

The content creator who is a journalist by profession took to her timeline on Instagram to announce yet another deal.

“Hi guys I’m happy to announce that I’m one of 250 influencers that have been chosen to try the Sunlight 2 in 1 hand-wash powder to see if it delivers more than expected,”, read her caption much to the excitement of her followers referred to as ‘besties’

This deal comes shortly after she bagged another deal with Handy Andy South Africa. She is not a stranger to local brands, as she is among the chosen influencers for Swazi Polo, a first-ever polo event in Eswatini curated by Swazi Boy TV.

Nxumalo also celebrated a few months back clinching an endorsement deal with a major South African gin brand.

Having been nominated for personality of the year, Nxumalo has been working hard to grow and monetize her channel.

Having dropped her first video a year ago, Nxumalo now has a total of 75 videos, with the last uploaded being hailed for authenticity and close to reality.

The video being talked about has over a thousand views and activity clicks on it. In this video, Nxumalo takes her ‘besties’ on a spiritual gratitude video entry and an unboxing stint, for the benefit of the channel.

“I will be one of the biggest YouTubers you have ever seen,”, she said in summary.

The content creator goes on to thank God for his blessings on her growth as a YouTuber and a brand as a whole.

In previous interviews, Nxumalo mentioned that she will always be in awe of the reception from her subscribers, which she further described as motivating and wholesome.

“I have been well received by a lot of people. I did not expect to have reached 2 000 subscribers this year but I did and this says a lot about my reception on the platform. EmaSwati have been very supportive of my channel and I did not expect it but it is so humbling to see and for that, I am very grateful,” she said.

Nxumalo further shared that to grow her channel and content she watches a lot of YouTube, to get inspiration and to improve her skills, and now that she has a top-of-the-range camera she stands a better chance of doing that.
