MBABANE- Three ‘go green’ entities have joined forces with Green Lifestyle Festival!

The Green Lifestyle Festival is a non-profit event that has been created to stimulate green living, encourage the community and businesses alike to work green, play green and live green.

The event, which will be held at Legends Shared at Mantenga in Ezulwini, on October 22, is a festival that targets businesses and consumers who share a passion for art, environmental awareness and sustainable living.

The festival’s vision has established the partnership with Yibutse Nawe, Eswatini Poetry Association as well as Ekhakaya Kitsi.

In less than 12 months of its existence, Yibutse, a woman led organisation has grown from picking up litter from the streets to being a champion for environmental stewardship and climate change actions across the country and scooping the ‘Climate Change Champion 2022’ award from the national Temvelo Award.

Ekhaya Kitsi Music works with artists who are environmentally responsible and encourage other creatives to adopt green principles and will be curating ‘The Green Market Place’ during the festival.

The Eswatini Poetry Association will also collaborate with the festival for a green, sustainable and relatable festival experience.

These are the initiatives that The Green Lifestyle Festival has made will be partnering with more businesses who have a distinguished record of accomplishment in environmental issues, help engage consumers about sustainability, display and market the best green products and services in the market.
