These were the Cabinet Offices today, when His Excellency Prime Minister Cleopas Sipho Dlamini received a courtesy visit from the executives of the MTN Group, who are in the country meeting their key stakeholders.
According to a statement issued by Deputy Government Spokesperson Thabile Mdluli, among other things discussed during the courtesy call were MTN’s partnership with the Government through initiatives such as the elderly grants distribution through MoMo and electronic payments of key Government services through the *468# channel, among others.
“The MTN delegation comprised Senior Vice President Ebenezer Asante, Regional Vice President Yolanda Cuba, Regional GM Southern and East Africa Jerry Soko and Regional Director West and Central Africa Themba Zotwane as well as MTN Eswatini CEO Wandile Mtshali and some executives,” briefly explained Mdluli.
