MBABANE – “Their Majesties pray for peace within the Dlamini family and the entire country.”
These were the words of Prince Phuhlaphi when speaking on behalf of their Their Majesties at the memorial service held to honour the late National Commissioner of Police (NATCOM), William ‘Tsitsibala’ Dlamini.
Prince Phuhlaphi also sent condolences on behalf of His Majesty King Mswati III and the Indlovukazi, The Queen Mother, to the Dlamini family, as well as the nation in what hermed an unusual tragedy. The NATCOM collapsed to his demise at the O.R. Tambo International Airport in South Africa on his way from a work trip.
