… His foundation to collect donations for an ‘almost’ homeless family of 12

One of Eswatini’s top and veteran lawyer Bongani ‘Bhanyaza’ Mdluli is set to celebrate his birthday by throwing a celebration whose motive is to encourage people to donate to a destitute family based at Nkwalini Zone 4 in Mbabane.

Mdluli’s birthday is on September 27, 2022, however, the celebrations will be on October 1, 2022.

Narrating the devastating situation, Mdluli said the family of 12 children and a blind elderly were about to become homeless as their one-roomed stick and mud house is dilapidating from the current weather conditions.

Mdluli said in collaboration with through his foundation, which goes by the name Khulubuse Development Fund, he was hoping to assist the family through food parcels and raising money for a concrete structure.

He said the social responsibility course which he had embarked on, is his way of decently throwing his birthday party which will be celebrated on October 1, 2022. The celebrations are meant to collect donations for the destitute family.

“The head of the family, Gogo Tsela, who is a widow in her 60s, was last year attacked by blindness and as the situation unfolds, all the children are able to put something on the stomach through God’s grace.

“The birthday celebration shall also coincide with the launch of my social responsibility project, the Khulubuse Development Trust/Foundation, to construct a meaningful home for the family as the current stick and mud has been slowly crumbling as and when there are heavy rains,” said Mdluli (sic).

He further explained that he had no family ties or any relationship whatsoever with the family which he has been assisting in the past years with food hampers as God was for us all.

“People are welcome to contribute in anything for this family- be it clothes or food parcels,” said Mdluli.
