MBABANE– Khayalakhe Matsebula and Sihle Brian Mthembu have both been chosen for the prestigious YALI Regional Leadership Centre, Southern Africa.
YALI stands for Young African Leaders Initiative.
The program will be hosted at the University of South Africa at the Graduate School of Business Leadership in Midrand.
The program is set to run for three weeks aim is to invest in the next generation of leaders.
The two emaSwati work for an NGO called Lend a Hand Charitable Foundation. Mthembu is the NGO’s Website Developer while Matsebula is the organisation’s visionary and leader.
The NGO’s communications Officer Zinhle Mamba said that the two would be embarking on a journey of honing their civic leadership and public management skills in order to be critical, innovative, resourceful and transformational leaders for the organization.
“We are confident and hopeful they will return with bright and original ideas for the overall growth and success of this organization. We wish them all the best,” said Mamba.
