…As Young Zesh makes a single with Anzo for upcoming album.

MBABANE – Sometimes you have to shoot your shot.
This is Young Zesh’s story with South African musician Anzo on how they got to collaborate with the artist for Young Zesh’s new album. Young Zesh revealed to Eswatini Positive News that he was in the studio with the syndicated musician who is signed under Sjava’s 1020 Cartel just this week, making music for his new album.
“I met Anzo at Jewel City in Maboneng, where I got to introduce myself and tell him about who I am on this musical journey. Then music manager Sibusiso ‘3Tee’ explained to him about our work as Upscale Live, as well as the fact that Young Zesh is the best artist in Eswatini, having released a hit of the year and received nominations from the Social Media Awards in 2022. He also told Anzo the fact that Young Zesh’s album was one of the most streamed in the country. This led to him asking us for a studio session,” revealed Young Zesh on how he got to working with Anzo.
Young Zesh further revealed that the song he collaborated on with Anzo is produced by DJ Citie, who also produced his debut album. He refused to reveal other artists who will be featured in his upcoming album, citing that they were still making arrangements with his team at Upscale Live.
Young Zesh is signed to Upscale Live, an entertainment stable which put rocket fuel on his debut album “Ligcebesha” in 2022. He also revealed that in addition to working on his album, he could only reveal that Upscale Live was currently making final arrangements on the release of one of their flagship artist’s Lyrikal Busta’s Afrobeats album.
