MANZINI– Popular South African Uzalo actor Simphiwe Majozi, simply known as Sbu, will be in the country on April 1, 2023.
The actor has already confirmed on his social media platforms that he will be at Sithobelweni Sports Ground and is brought by Phiwokwakhwe Communications. Dubbed the Edu-Music Pre-Easter Festival, it will feature gospel artists such as organiser Phiwokwakhe Dlamini, Thabile Myeni, Nduduzo Matse, and Gcina Masuku.
Other artists to be on the show are Lady Apostle Ngobeni, Vusi Siziba, Senzo Khumalo, Shiba and the Travellers gospel group and Prophet Justice Simelane. The jam-packed day will start as early as 11:30 am and the entry fee will be just E50.
“Phiwokwakhe Communications hosted Nkunzi from Uzalo recently and this is about taking such events to the rural areas. We hosted Sbu in 2021 in Matsapha and took him to Dvokolwako last year as we aim to take entertainment to the village. From this year on, this festival will be an annual event,” said Phiwokwakhe Dlamini of Phiwokwakhe Communications.
