MBABANE– The right attitude might land you a job at one of the nine Inyatsi Group Holdings companies.
This is according to Inyatsi Group Holdings Executive Chairman Michelo Shakantu, who, captured through a quote, said when they hired, they hired attitude.
“When we hire, we hire attitude- first and foremost. Then we train for skill,” said the Executive Chairman in a quote that was posted on the official pages of Inyatsi Group.
Shakantu further said even if someone had 40 PhDs, they would not hire them if they happened to have bad attitude.
“Attitude determines whether someone will be a good fit for us. So, we will hire someone who has a good attitude and the up skill them,” he said.
Worth noting is that since the year commenced, the Executive Chairman of the Inyatsi Group Holding has been making motivational statements, aligning subsidiary companies under the group.
Shakantu also, in a trending video, revealed that Maloma Colliery would start mining this last month.
Worth noting is that the mining company is a subsidiary company for Inyatsi Group Holding, alongside eight other powerhouse companies in different sectors.
“The license will give the mine a 25-year life. The impact to the community is enormous as it creates opportunities with the form of employment. We are going to embark in a US$100 million (E7.6 billion) investment on the mine which will create and enormous amount if jobs- not just in the community but in the country as well.
“We are going to be the biggest producers of anthracite coal- after Russia and Ukraine,” said Shakantu in the video.
