MBABANE – South Africans proved to have very strong opinions about His Majesty King Mswati III’s speech at Zulu King Misizulu KaZwelithini’s coronation this past weekend.
Commenting on the speech which was broadcasted on social media, South Africans expressed strong sentiments in support of the King’s speech, with some disagreeing with these sentiments. The South Africans commented on the King’s words, his wisdom, as well as his symbolical role as a monarch in Southern Africa.
During the speech, His Majesty King Mswati III spoke on the rites of monarchical governance, and also congratulated King Misizulu KaZwelithini on receiving the official certificate of recognition of his Kingship from South African President Cyril Ramaphosa.
