MBABANE – World Vision’s impact in Eswatini goes beyond the direct interventions they do.

The organisation’s call for vendors who want to supply World Vision Eswatini has been a reminder that the organisation has many positive externalities to the economy of Eswatini.

In an invitation published on print and digital media, World Vision Eswatini is calling upon qualifying vendors to register as a supplier to the organisation for the period starting this month, October 2022, to September 2024 (two years).

“We call upon all qualifying vendors whose intention is to undergo the registration of World vision Eswatini’s suppliers for the period October 2022 to September 2024, to kindly purchase the prequalification documents from World Vision Eswatini’s National Office at Queensgate, Mbabane,” reads a statement on the organisation’s official social media channels.

World Vision also published a list of over 20 categories of operational components which they source from local businesses. These include advertising, printing, cleaning services, sanitation and water, travel and hospitality, vehicles and fleet management, power generation, office supplies, agriculture, dress making equipment, clothing and consultancy services, to name a few.

The documents which give more details as to World Vision Eswatini’s requirements for its suppliers can also be requested digitally, by emailing swzo_procurement@wvi.org. If collected physically, these documents may be collected from 9am to 3pm from the October 26, 2022 to November 10, 2022.
