NHLANGANO – A triple collaboration!
Local artist Yenzor the Vocalist debuts her new sensational Amapiano song titled Moya Wami with a renowned producer Bragga Anacobra and Prince Cosmo.
Yenzor, born Yenzokuhle Mkhabela, is a young and talented singer from Nhlangano. The 19 -year- old started taking her music passion seriously this year. She shared with this publication that she was passionate about doing music but could not get a fair opportunity to encourage her to release her own music, until she got in touch with Prince Cosmo, who has shown nothing but full support to her. Prince Cosmo took Yenzor to the studio and introduced the ‘Dynamite’ to Bragga, and that is how they started working together.
When reached for comment, she said, “It is a priceless feeling that I will be releasing my debut song, in which I collaborated with Bragga and Prince Cosmo. Both artists have been the best mentors since I started working with them. They have been as influential in my development as an emerging artist. My debut song ‘Moya Wami,’ is an Amapiano song that is a very humble prayer to God to heal our souls and to free our souls.”
She further shared that the inspiration behind the song is the inner battles people do not talk about the battles we have within ourselves, so she made the song a prayer to God, who can read through our hearts. “I am so glad about how the song turned out. It shall mark my first step into the music journey, and I believe it is all on God,” she said.
She went on to add, “A big token of appreciation goes to Bragga, who is behind the production creative process, from the beat to the vocals. And also, I would like to thank Prince Cosmo, who was the first to believe in me, and take action. To everyone who supports me and those yet to join the supportive family, I just want to pass on my sincere appreciation, and I promise to deliver the best of me.”
Prince Cosmo, born Ntsandvo Ndlangamandla, when reached for comment, said, “I am very humbled to be working with such a talented singer like Yenzor. For as long as I can, I will be her biggest supporter and will always offer my help whenever she needs it. I cannot say much about the Moya Wami song, but best believe me, that song is a masterpiece. I just hope the song will reach the right ears and touch whoever feels the message. Bragga has done a great job production-wise. We need to give credit on that one.”
Bragga Anacobra, born Simphiwe Dlamini, when reached for comment said, “It was a good experience working with Prince Cosmo and Yenzor, especially because I was working with creative artists. We have a lot of future projects we are going to drop, and already there are a lot of projects recorded that are still under construction. ‘Moya Wami’ is a nice track and it talks directly to the soul while giving you some dancing vibes. Full marks to the whole crew.”
