MBABANE– Embiveni Meats Industries (EMI) is making waves in the industry with an exciting announcement, a massive month-end sale that promises to be nothing short of crazy.

EMI Senior Marketing Nosipho Shongwe, Senior Marketing Manager at Embiveni Meats Industries (EMI) recently confirmed the company’s objective to encourage Eswatini citizens to explore alternative meat options.

Shongwe acknowledged the rising costs and scarcity of traditional beef products, emphasising the need for more affordable and accessible high-quality meat options. EMI’s commitment to offering a variety of reasonably priced meat products aims to provide Eswatini consumers with a new, diverse range of culinary experiences beyond traditional fare.

Expanding on the rationale behind the price reduction, Shongwe explained that EMI’s primary goal is to alleviate the financial burden on Eswatini citizens, particularly during the month-end period. She urged the public to take advantage of EMI’s affordable products by visiting their numerous shops across the country and exploring their extensive range of high-quality yet cost-effective meat options. Shongwe emphasised that this price drop was not a mere marketing ploy, but rather an earnest effort to foster trust among the people of Eswatini and encourage their active participation in the company’s growth.

Shongwe expressed pride in EMI’s sponsorship of the largest local braai event, now officially recognised as the Embiveni Biggest Braai. She asserted that EMI’s mission includes actively contributing to the welfare of the country’s elderly population and honoring their valuable service.

To demonstrate this commitment, EMI will support Her Majesty the Queen Mother’s initiatives for elders in the nation through partnerships with organizations such as the Philani Maswati Charity Organization. By taking action rather than merely discussing plans, EMI seeks to drive positive change and foster economic improvement for the elders of Eswatini.

Shongwe revealed that more information about the Embiveni Biggest Braai title would be unveiled during the launch event 23 May 2023. She also acknowledged that EMI is not the sole sponsor of the event; other Eswatini entities, such as Inyatsi Group Holdings, have joined forces to support this initiative.
