According to Nkambule this engagement comes at a time when Eswatini has recently launched the National AfCFTA Implementation Strategy and Action Plan.

This will guide the implementation of the AfCFTA Agreements whose vision is to provide a strategic roadmap for Eswatini to maximize the country’s benefits under the AfCFTA, targeting an annual regional export growth of at least 10 per cent.

He stated that the strategy recommends the development of a robust monitoring and evaluation framework, with appropriate tools and instruments to support decision-making and the taking of corrective action.
