MTN ESWATINI ‘DOING 4U’ WITH LULA COMBO REVAMPED FOR BETTER

MBABANE – Emaswati stand to benefit more under the MTN Eswatini new slogan ‘Doing 4U” announcing a significant enhancement to its Lula Combo package.

The (CEO) Chief Executive Officer of MTN Eswatini Wandile Mntshali made this announcement during the launch of the ‘Doing 4U’ campaign that the new development of the Lula Combo is a direct response to customer feedback.
The revamped Lula Combo now offers extended validity, allowing customers to enjoy its benefits for an entire month at the same price.

Mntshali outlined three key customer concerns that MTN Eswatini has addressed, the duration of the Lula Combo, the data value it offers, and the price per megabyte when using airtime for data.

He announced that the Lula Combo’s validity has been extended from one week to a full month, while maintaining its original price. Furthermore, the data value included in the combo has been increased in response to customer feedback.

He stated that, MTN has reduced the price per megabyte from 49 cents to 25 cents when users consume data using their airtime.

The Acting Customer Experience Lead at MTN Zanele Mavuso, emphasized the company’s dedication to actively listening to customer feedback and incorporating it into their decision-making process.

She highlighted that MTN places customers at the forefront of their priorities, as evidenced by the recent review of pricing and overall customer experience. Encouraging customers to explore the enhanced Lula Combo, Mavuso affirmed MTN’s commitment to providing affordable, high-quality services while consistently maintaining a customer-centric approach in all aspects of their operations.
