This was evident today when a group of investors from the UAE met with the Deputy Prime Minister Themba Masuku to further discuss investment possibilities today at the Acting Prime Minister’s offices.

Speaking to Eswatini TV about the visit from the UAE delegation, Masuku said that the plan is to have them visit different stakeholders in the country, among other things.

“We were also informing them that the requirements for investing in a country are available in Eswatini – like human resources,” said Masuku.

“We have skills as we have trained doctors, lawyers, teachers and a lot of other departments. We also encouraged them not only to come as investors, but to also hire locals in other peripheral jobs like English tutorship and legal services” added the Deputy Prime Minister.

The delegation visited Eswatini with the help of the Eswatini Embassy in the UAE, as well the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Trade. The visit follows a meeting between His Majesty King Mswati III and investors in the UAE at the end of October.
